It is based walk from an art gallery and a theatre, overall the location is marvellous and lovely as for me. Furthermore, a public square is at a short distance from the hotel. The room is big sized and functional and equipped with a private balcony, a dining area, and a safe box.

High quality and perfectly clean place, superb view of the bay. Location - incredible, not far from the beach, restaurants, bars as well as Bournemouth centre and many bus routes.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was really good. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with balcony, my bed was comfy. The location was central, incredible to move rooms as refurbishment going on next door.

Accommodation was fairly large and truly exceptional with particularly helpful staff at the reception desk. Top-notch and brand-new rooms, the views of the sea and pier were impressive. Comfy bed and pillows, there were climate control, a kettle, and a writing desk available.

Spotless hotel, services were EXCELLENT and location was excellent and ideal close to sea side. The room was beautifully presented with fantastic view included. The property was centrally located, near a live music venue.
Got not very comfortable bed, and views were not very good.

We had an amazing time at Marsham Court. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The bar had a modern vibe and offered great drinks at reasonable prices. The shower in our room was excellent. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to both the town and the beach. The hotel had a lovely reception area and the rooms were warm, cozy, and had a sleek wall-mounted TV. Parking was convenient and the breakfast was delicious. We can't wait to come back next year!
